The Art of Strategic Questioning

Probing techniques are the foundation on which to build a trusting relationship with your exhibitor-prospects, to develop persuasive sales presentations, and to overcome objections. In this session you will learn:

  • The value of asking questions,
  • How questions can help you sell in this topsy-turvy multimedia world,
  • What questions will help you uncover client needs,
  • How to use probing techniques to navigate the conversation,
  • How to use probing to pre-empt sales objections, and
  • How to get your client to "Yes".

Speaker: Helen Berman, president of the Berman Media Sales Institute, is an exciting speaker, trainer, author and mentor. Her expertise has helped every type of trade and consumer exhibition and event company to increase their revenues. We welcome her return engagement to SWIAEE.
