Participants will discover their personal Emotional Intelligence quotient, learn how to further develop their EQ competencies and develop employees.
By the end of this lesson learner will be able to:

3) Apply understanding of Emotional Intelligence to the workplace
Leadership Plan Accountability
Participants will evaluate the importance of developing a leadership plan to serve as a compass to align their past, present and future leadership goals.
By the end of this lesson learner will be able to:
1) Understand why having a leadership plan is crucial for leadership
2) Understand how accountability plays into success as a leader
3) Develop a leadership plan using of one of several frameworks
Become a More Effective Communicator
Participants will learn how to tailor their communications to maximize their effectiveness.
By the end of this lesson learner will be able to:
1) Compare generative versus consumptive communication
2) Apply clarity and structure to communication
Understanding Various Leadership Styles
Participants will explore various leadership styles and how they impact people in order to further develop their own leadership style and become more effective leaders.
By the end of this lesson learner will be able to:
1) Explore the characteristics of various leadership styles
2) Indentify leadership styles through case studies
Time Management
Participants will learn time management skills that will help them manage their time, achieve more and create a balance between their work and personal life.
By the end of this lesson learner will be able to:
1) Understand and apply time management skills in order to achieve increasingly more difficult demands
2) Examine various time management tools
3) Create a synergistic work-life balance
Project Management
Participants will discover methods of planning, organizing, securing and managing projects and resources to successfully complete projects.
By the end of this lesson learner will be able to:
1) Gain a bird’s eye view of project management – planning, scope, milestones, scope creep, decision making, etc.
2) Understand and apply project management skills in order to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
3) Examine and evaluate project management tools
Corporate and Social Responsibility
Participants will understand how a company’s actions can create positive and negative impacts on the environment, employees, communities and consumers.
By the end of this lesson learner will be able to:
1) Establish corporate and social responsibility in the workplace and get buy in from senior management.
