Randy has worked for AACN for 13 years and is responsible for directing the sales and marketing of exhibit space and conference support for the healthcare association’s annual conference, called the National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition®. The NTI (as it is known) is the second largest nursing conference and tradeshow in the United States. |  | Dan Cole, CEM
As the vice president of sales and business development for CEA, Dan Cole oversees business development for the International CES, the world’s largest consumer technology tradeshow. She have been a member of IAEE for more than eight years and earned her CEM in 2005. Jane Dahlroth, CEM, CMP is the Meeting, Conventions and Exhibits Manager for the American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG). Responsible for all the management of all aspects of the ACMG Annual Meeting and other educational meetings – she joined the ACMG staff in July 2009. Prior to that, Jane managed all of ACMG meetings since 2003 when she was the Vice President of JRDaggett & Associates, a strategic meeting and exhibit management and consulting firm with offices in Washington, DC and Las Vegas, NV for ten years. Prior to joining JRDaggett & Associates, Jane held exhibit management positions with the National Association of Convenience Stores and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. An active volunteer with the International Association for Exhibition and Events (IAEE), in addition to serving on numerous IAEE committees, Jane has served on the IAEE Services Board of Directors, is a past chair of the CEM Commission and the IAEM Education Committee. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Washington, DC and Southwest chapters of IAEE and chaired the Southwest Chapter in 1994. The recipient of the 2005 IAEE Distinguished Service Award, Jane obtained the CEM designation in 1991 and become a CEM Faculty member in 2003. A recognized speaker and author, Jane has been published in several industry publications, facilitates CEM Learning Programs and speaks on topics related to convention and exhibition management and marketing at industry meetings and conventions.

Bob Dallmeyer is the past-chairman of both the International Association for Exhibition and Events (IAEE) and the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA), as well as a former director of the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR). He is currently a director of the International Center for Exhibit & Event Marketing. He began his career managing United Technologies worldwide event and exhibitions program (US$ 6 million budget). He then organized B-to-C events for Warner Brothers in Hollywood and B-to-B events for Electronic Conventions, California Restaurant Association, and many more. He is a columnist for Trade Show Executive Magazine. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In 2004, Tradeshow Week named him the "Showman of the Year;" in 2006, he was inducted into the Convention Industry Council's "Hall of Leaders;" in 2008, he was given IAEE’s highest honor, the "Pinnacle Award." His articles, books, audio and video presentations on exhibitions are in use around the world

Retired from the City of San Antonio Convention Facilities as Assistant Director of Event Operations and Maintenance. He has since worked for a DMC as VP of Sales and also as the National Representative for a Special Event Venue. Al is currently serving as an Independent Consultant for special events, meetings, event security and tradeshows. He is a member of IAEE, MPI, TSAE and IAAM. He also serves as the Director of Special Education Projects for MPI-THCC and serves on the CMP Study Groups Committee for the Convention Industry Council. |  | John Plescia, CEM, CMP
John has been a dedicated officer of the IAEE Florida Chapter since 1998. He served two terms as the Chapter Chairman in 2001 & 2002. He has continued his service to the board of directors as Vice Chair in 2003,2004 & 2005. He has also served the CEM Comission as 2005 Vice Chair and 2006 Chairman. He has been with the Orange County Convention Center since 1990 and is currently the Director of Event Operations, managing the event utilities, technical services, rigging and set up sections. He has held several positions at the Center including; technician, event coordinator, construction liaison and supervisor. His career path and the experience of opening four expansions of the OCCC have given John a unique perspective to help clients, exhibitors and attendees with any situation.

Robin’s professional career spans 15 years and includes skills in strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, sales, operations, and logistics for the meetings and exposition industry. She has been with the National School Boards Association for over five years, where her primary responsibilities include producing two major annual conferences and expositions, as well as overseeing meetings management for up to 20 additional meetings throughout the year, all sponsorship sales activities, vendor selection, housing, and transportation management. Robin also serves on several industry client advisory boards and is involved in numerous industry associations on both the national and local levels, including IAEE.

Julia started her tradeshow career in 1982 as an exposition manager with a DC-based show management firm, Ralph Whitener & Co. (now VNU Expositions), where she worked with a variety of client shows. Next, she served the American Health Care Association as director of marketing & expositions. In 1989, she joined GES Exposition Services, and has held a variety of positions in her career there, including account manager, sales manager, director of sales, and is currently vice president, national sales.
