Due to the nature of IAEE's role within the exhibitions and events industry, IAEE has an obligation to provide ongoing opportunities for companies to showcase, highlight, and introduce innovative new products and services. IAEE institutes a "Request for Proposal" (RFP) process for all service areas on a recurring basis. With guidance and input from IAEE committees and task forces, IAEE staff carefully selects service providers by evaluating key elements including, but not limited to: customer service, innovation, technology, relevant experience, references, availability and capacity.
