For the fourth year, Shepard Exposition Services is sponsoring IAEE's First Timers' Experience.  If you are an event or show organizer, a new IAEE member (as of 1 January 2009) and have never attended Expo! Expo!, you will want to read further about this one-time chance to attend as a guest.

Qualified attendees who register by 30 October 2009 will be eligible for a complimentary meeting registration plus a free orientation brunch, where you will meet and network with your fellow first timer meeting attendees, IAEE Staff and Board Chairman, plus the fun staff of Shepard Exposition Services.

No need to worry.  IAEE offers a complimentary special orientation brunch just for you, our special first time guest.  This is the perfect place to make new friends, find tips for making the most of your meeting experience, while meeting key IAEE leaders.

IAEE will provide valuable gudiance on successfully navigating your first meeting:

  • Top 10 Tips on Things to See and Do by a seasoned meeting attendee
  • Quick Stats on IAEE and its important role within the exhibition and event industry
  • Suggestions on how to become invovled at the meeting, in IAEE and in your local chapter
  • Learn about the Certified Exhibition Management (CEM) Learning Program and future IAEE educational offerings
