For the third year, Shepard Exposition Services is sponsoring IAEE's First Timers' Experience.  If you are an event or show organizer, a new IAEE member (as of 1 January 2008) and have never attended Expo! Expo!, you will want to read further about this one-time chance to attend as a guest.

First Timers' Orientation and Luncheon

Are you a new member or is this your first time at an IAEE Meeting? Are you concerned that coming to Expo! Expo! may be a bit overwhelming for you as a first time attendee?

No need to worry.  IAEE offers a complimentary special orientation luncheon just for you, our special first time guest.  This is the perfect place to make new friends, find tips for making the most of your meeting experience, while meeting key IAEE leaders.

IAEE will provide valuable gudiance on successfully navigating your first meeting:

  • Top 10 Tips on Things to See and Do by a seasoned meeting attende
  • Quick Stats on IAEE and its important role within the exhibition and event industry
  • Suggestions on how to become invovled at the meeting, in IAEE, and in your local chapter
  • Learn about the Certified Exhibition Management (CEM) Learning Program and future IAEE educational offerings

Meeting Mentor Program

Since 2001, IAEE has offered a Mentoring Program at Expo! Expo!  It is a super way to ask questions from a friendly face in the crowd.  Our CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management) graduates will once again be your mentors for 2008.
