Dear IAEE Member:

ICAT Logistics is extremely pleased to again be the signature sponsor of the IAEE Robert L. Krakoff Future Leaders Institute. When ICAT Expo was approached and asked to support this initiative, the answer was an immediate "absolutely!"

Having been a part of past Institutes, I know firsthand the value derived from attending and being a part of the process of developing leadership skills. The skills I have learned and the relationships I developed have greatly enhanced who I am, both personally and professionally. Even after leaving the industry for a few years, I was able to carry the knowledge I learned with me and applied that knowledge on a daily basis.

Now it is time to train the future leaders of this vibrant and wonderful industry that is the lifeblood of thousands of people. I am confident that you will find benefit in participating in the Future Leaders Institute yourself or having members of your staff participate to help them grow professionally and personally.

Additionally, based on the success of last year’s program and the request of our alumni, we will be adding a one-day program to be held in conjunction with the Institute for alumni.  Not only will this be a great program for the alumni, but it will also allow Institute participants to network with experienced industry professionals currently in leadership roles.
