Why The Membership of IAEE Is Important to You! IAEE represents the broadest spectrum of interests within the exhibition and event industry. Members include show organizers who conduct the largest exhibitions in the world, as well as managers of 71 percent of U.S. shows that consist of 30,000 square feet or less. The associate members of IAEE are suppliers to shows, including full service general contractors, airlines, convention and visitor bureaus, convention and exhibition halls, hotels and florists. The members of IAEE represent virtually all economic interests that become involved in some aspect of the exhibition industry. Who Can Rent the IAEE Membership List? To rent IAEE’s membership list, you must be a current IAEE member or sponsor, or have run a display advertisement within the previous twelve months in one of the following IAEE publications: E2: Exhibitions & Events, IAEE News & Industry Report, program handbook, and/or workshop or seminar program. Pricing The cost to rent the IAEE membership list for members is $550 per 1,000 names. The cost for non-members is $950 per 1,000 names. Your order will be processed upon payment. Each member/advertiser is allowed to rent the same set of names twice in one calendar year.
