How can I change the primary contact for my organization? Use the IAEE Membership Census Form/Change Form to make any changes to the primary contact. (Find at www.iaee.com/membership) What is the process for removing, adding, and updating individuals once the Census Form is submitted to IAEE? Use the IAEE Census Form/Change Form to make any changes to the membership representative roster. (Find at www.iaee.com/membership) Is there an incentive for my company to pay before our Organization's Dues Renewal date? Yes. A dues statement will be sent to the primary contact two months prior to the organization's renewal date. If all documentation (Membership Form, Census Form, and dues payment) is paid prior to your organization's expiration date, you will receive a Smart Choice coupon equal to 5% of the dues paid, for use towards any IAEE educational programming during the subsequent 12 month period. If dues are paid after your organization's expiration date, a Smart Choice coupon will not be awarded. Can member representatives belong to more than one chapter? If so, how do I add additional chapters? Yes. Member representatives are automatically enrolled in their local chapter, based on the zip code/postal code of their membership record. If a member representative wishes to belong to an additional chapter, then he/she may do so for an additional fee. Contact membership@iaee.com to add chapters. What happens if my organization will not pay dues under the new structure? I have been an IAEE member for a long time and want to remain a member.We anticipate that organizations who are actively involved in the exhibition and event industry will want to play a vital role in their trade association. We also recognize that a small number of existing members may have issues or questions relative to this transition. Both the online and digital directories are a Members Only resource.
