Chapter Leaders Resources
The role of IAEE chapters is integral to the success of the international organization. Members of IAEE have come to rely on the unique networking and educational opportunities that our chapters offer. IAEE seeks to promote the welfare of its chapters and to encourage cooperation between the International organization and its chapters. As an IAEE Chapter Leader, there are many resources available to you and your chapter from IAEE’s headquarters.

Chapter Management Handbook
The purpose of the Chapter Management Handbook is to provide a comprehensive guide to assure efficient administration of Chapters. The handbook covers a variety of topics such as chapter bylaws, voting procedures, financial reporting, logo usage and more. Review the Chapter Management Handbook and Best Practices, Samples and Forms.
Chapter Leaders’ Checklist
IAEE chapter leaders are a busy and hardworking bunch! To help keep chapter leaders on track and aware of chapter deadlines, we’ve created a checklist for chapter leaders that includes chapter management tasks and associated deadlines. Click here to print the Chapter Leaders' Checklist.
Your Chapter’s Webpage
Each IAEE chapter has a web page which can be maintained by IAEE HQ or re-directed to a chapter-managed web page. As often as necessary, chapters are encouraged to provide IAEE with web updates to effectively promote the chapter and chapter events. Learn more about maintaining your chapter's webpage.
IAEE’s MemberLink
Through IAEE’s online MemberLink, chapters can maintain their chapter communities. Chapter communities allow chapter members to communicate in forums/list serves, share files, poll and survey their members, send email updates, meeting announcements, and much more – all from one place! In order to manage your chapter’s chapter community, you must be identified as an administrator for your chapter. Simply email Tan Ward if you need administrative access to your chapter’s community. Be sure to include an invitation to your chapter’s online community in your newsletters and communications to new and seasoned members. Encouraging conversation by posting a “question (or tip) of the week” is a great way to engage your members. Click here for instructions on getting your members involved in your online community.
Monthly Chapter Reports
Membership reports are sent to chapter Board of Directors on a monthly basis no later than the 15th of each month for the preceding month’s activities. Click here for a brief description of each report.
