IAEM Services Names Feedback Systems, Inc. Its Newest Services Partner

DALLAS, TX USA - 12/05/2001 - IAEM Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of IAEM, has named Feedback Systems, Inc. as the newest IAEM Services Partner. Feedback, a leader in the exhibition industry, has been providing proven data capture systems to show organizers for the past four years. These survey systems are utilized to collect valuable insights and opinions from organizers' most valued customers. This information enables the organizer to formulate important strategic decisions based on the most relevant and timely information available.

Under terms of the agreement, IAEM members will receive a 10% discount on Feedback Systems' survey stations, and the endorsement of IAEM Services of the quality of those services. Feedback surveyed attendees at IAEM's 2000 Mid-Year Meeting in Baltimore, and is surveying attendees at the Annual Meeting & Expo! Expo! 2001 in Chicago.

Other terms of the partnership agreement call for Feedback Systems to create a customized IAEM Member link on www.iaem.org that explains the program and promotes its benefits; for Feedback to establish a hyperlink from IAEM's web site to Feedback Systems Marketing's web site for e-commerce; and for Feedback to create a customized one-page flyer for insertion into new member kits and mailings. Feedback Systems assists its clients in developing the right questions to get the essential information they need to grow their show. Information collected enables the organizer to identify customers' product interests and gauge their awareness, track purchasing influence and intentions, measure show effectiveness, and evaluate upcoming projects or services etc.
