Aparna Bhargava, CEM is based out of New Delhi, India and has 20 years of experience in hospitality, travel and tourism and retail and exhibition industry. Aparna was a guest lecturer for customer relationship management and travel and tourism management at Amity University Noida. She graduated from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD) and holds a Hotel Management Diploma from premier institute IHM Pusa New Delhi and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University. Learning, authenticity and sustainability are her driving force. Aparna earned her CEM designation in 2018 and is currently pursuing her masters in Psychology.
