Pei-Ying (Peggy) Chang, CEM, CMP, CIS was a coordinator for the National Treasury Administration, Ministry of Finance in Taiwan. She was in charge of Asian Development Bank (ADB) Forums, ADB Business Opportunities Fairs, ADB Business Opportunities Seminars and ADB Annual Meetings. Prior to that she worked for the Export-Import Bank of the Republic of China.
Pei-Ying earned her CEM in 2014. She studied at Boston University, and has a master’s degree in economics from Shih-Hsin University in Taipei, Taiwan.
