Global Meetings Industry Day – Central Texas Chapter

Nine Texas Meeting and Events Industry Associations will come together to network and advocate for the Meetings & Events Industry. On Thursday, April 12th, GMID events will be held across the globe to demonstrate the measurable impact that meetings have on businesses, economies and communities.

You will not want to miss this opportunity to be a part of an event that will showcase the undeniable value that business meetings, trade shows, incentive travel, exhibitions, conferences and conventions bring to people, businesses and communities.

Program

Meetings and conventions benefit communities. Conventions help create jobs, promote small business and build partnerships. This panel will discuss how meetings drive business growth across globally and in the state of Texas, the value of hosting events as well as the long-term economic impact from meetings attendees.
