About the Education – “Designing Attendee Journeys”… Attendees breathe, feel, listen and see at our conventions. How they connect all the touch points and the message they go home with is up to us as meeting professionals. Ensuring the messaging, branding and spurred action are on target requires deliberate action in design of spaces, places, presentations and content development. Interaction points are key along the attendee journey through a trade show or event, encompassing educational offerings, networking opportunities, the exhibition and every spot in between.Exhibitions and events CAN and DO move people. They create emotion and inspire action but only if done well. People want interaction, they want to be wowed.
