Virtual Candle Making Class – New York Chapter

Have you ever wanted to make your own scented candles? NYIAEE member Will Cosgarea teaches us how! Just gather your tools and follow along, or join us just to watch and learn the process.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• Candle Container – you can use any glass container, such as an empty salsa jar, old mug, or even an old candle!
• Wax
• Wick
• Scenting Oil
• A stovetop
• A pot of water
• A 2nd pot or container to be placed into pot of water (to melt wax)
• A pencil (to hold wick in place)
• A spoon (to stir wax & mix in scent)
  Note: this will be messy, so don’t use a fancy one!
