IAEE Members GES and T3 Expo Selected through RFP Process
The International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ (IAEE) announces its selection of GES and T3 Expo as the official service contractors (OSCs) for Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition for the years 2017 through 2021.
Due to the nature of IAEE’s role within the exhibitions and events industry, IAEE has an obligation to provide ongoing opportunities for companies to showcase, highlight, and introduce innovative new products and services. IAEE institutes a “Request for Proposal” (RFP) process for all service areas on a recurring basis. With guidance and input from IAEE committees and task forces, the IAEE staff carefully selects service providers by evaluating key elements including, but not limited to: customer service, innovation, technology, relevant experience, references, availability and capacity. The call for RFPs is announced publicly through IAEE websites and publications, providing an opportunity for all interested parties to participate.

GES will serve as the OSC for Expo! Expo! 2017 to be held on 28-30 November in San Antonio, Texas; Expo! Expo! 2020 to be held on 8-10 December in Louisville, Ky.; and Expo! Expo! 2021 to be held on 7-9 December in Philadelphia, Pa.

T3 Expo will serve as the OSC for Expo! Expo! 2018 to be held on 11-13 December in New Orleans, La. and Expo! Expo! 2019 to be held on 3-5 December in Las Vegas, Nev.
