Supawan Teerarat is the President of the National Food Institute (NFI), Thailand, where she leads the advancement of the Thai food industry with a strategic focus on standardization, food safety laboratories, processing innovation, industrial capability building, and intelligence services that drive high value-added, sustainable development.
Prior to her role at NFI, Supawan served as Senior Vice President at the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), where she played a key role in positioning Thailand as a regional hub for business events. With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the exhibition industry, she has worked across the entire value chain, from trade representation and country pavilion organization to professional exhibition organizing (PEO), venue management, conference organizing, and destination promotion through government initiatives.
As a Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) instructor, Supawan brings deep industry knowledge and practical insights to her courses. Her passion for knowledge sharing and talent development is reflected in her engaging teaching style, real-world case studies, and commitment to raising global standards and the evolving needs of today’s exhibition landscape.
