Each day of a show, attendees must find their way into the venue, the session rooms and the show floor. They walk past major entry ways several times throughout the show and even sometimes during the same day. HR Technology Conference & Expo® goal was to grab attendees’ attention and engage them where they may not expect it — Utilizing a double-sided digital overhead archway display allowed for dynamic messaging where attendees were guaranteed to see it.
The archway utilized LED screens on both sides to capture attendee traffic in both directions. The upper portion of the archway displayed a dynamic background design and relevant show messaging and information. The legs of the archway coincided with the upper portion to display event information, sponsor recognition, and video content that was relevant to the time of day and day of the week. The archway resulted in HR Technology Conference & Expo® to get their show messaging and their sponsors in front of their attendees multiple times a day in an eye-catching, dynamic way. The display added an innovative touch to the key entryway and helped engage attendees beyond the show floor and session rooms.
