Smart Exhibition Technology Drives Interaction, Engagement and Measurement

It offers customized event registration pages, NFC Smart Badges to collect and share digital content and contact information, a suite of exhibitor lead capture tools, and an intelligence dashboard that provides an overview of exhibitor interactions in real time.

Artexis Easyfairs set its sights on enhanced exhibitor opportunities and visitor behavior insight for its 2017 Packaging Innovations show. The organizer first identified some objectives for the engagement:

  • Offer exhibitors a platform to personally invite and manage registrants, provide real-time qualified lead collation onsite, and deliver lead generation and marketing collateral distribution capabilities
  • Put attendees in control of the content they want to receive at the event, provide a digital briefcase of session content and exhibitor information, and reduce the printed marketing materials attendees are required to carry

By leveraging the Visit & Poken by GES suite, Artexis Easyfairs received an increased level of attendee behavioral insight and a reduction in the environmental impact of the event. Also, 7,423 attendees at Packaging Innovations generated over 26,923 leads, 19,500 content-driven leads were collected, and exhibitors captured 11,758 qualified leads. Plus, 97% of attendees became visitor-generated leads, 60% of attendees converted into qualified exhibitor leads, and of the attendees invited by exhibitors before the event, 49% attended.
