Experiential marketing agency GES collaborated with brand and experience design firm IDEAS Orlando and other partners to deploy interactive brand activations associated with Super Bowl LI festivities in Houston, Texas. One of the projects was Future Flight, an out-of-this-world experience, including a virtual reality tower-drop ride that took guests on an excursion through space to Mars. Guests donned virtual reality goggles for the 2-minute trip, which concluded with a 64-foot vertical drop that transported riders back to Earth, landing on the 50-yard-line of Houston’s NRG Stadium.
Another project, Houston LIVE, was a 60,000-square-foot, uniquely designed environment showcasing the host city as a dynamic center of culture and innovation. The space featured 19 interactive sponsor exhibits, live entertainment, and local cuisine.
