Your Challenge: As a presenter or panelist, your challenge is to address the topic(s) related to the interests and needs of association members; association, consumer and independent show organizers; and exhibit managers.
- Attendee Priorities: Attendees have high expectations for learning and networking. Their top priorities are: (1) “Relevant” information that can be implemented immediately, and (2) an interactive/engaging learning environment in which they “learn by doing” and “socializing” with their peers.
- Attendee Profile: IAEE is an international trade association whose membership includes show organizers, who conduct trade shows and exhibitions, and vendors or suppliers who provide services, such as full service general contractors, airlines, convention and visitors bureaus, convention and exhibition halls, hotels, florists, etc.
- PowerPoint Presentations: IAEE has provided all speakers with the Expo! Expo! and ICEEM PowerPoint templates to use for their presentations. We also ask that you do NOT use any company logos or letter heads on your presentation template.
- Non-Commercial Nature of IAEE's Sessions: To maintain the educational integrity of the conference program, presenters are advised not to use their session(s) as a platform for promotion of their products and/or services, or for monetary gain. IAEE provides a unique forum for professionals to have an open dialogue and creative exchange of ideas, free from commercial content.
