After obtaining a B.A. in English from Naresuan University, I have extensive experience in the hotel industry which has provided me with a strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and the overall management of a hospitality establishment. As a travel agent for 15 years, I have had the opportunity to assist clients with their travel plans, offering recommendations, booking flights, accommodations, and tours, and ensuring smooth travel experiences. My experience as a travel agent has likely honed my customer service skills, knowledge of popular destinations, and expertise in travel logistics.
With 10 years of experience as a lecturer, I have had the privilege of imparting my industry knowledge and expertise to aspiring professionals in the hospitality, tourism, or related fields. As a lecturer, I have designed and delivered courses, mentored students, and stayed up-to-date with industry trends and developments, contributing to the growth and education of future professionals in the industry.
My combined experience in these areas positions me as a well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of the hotel industry, travel industry, and the ability to effectively educate and inspire others.
