A temp agency in college! I was working towards a degree in Organizational Communications and this was my day job to get me through school!

I am able to bring organization to our program, put together sponsorship packages with some industry knowledge and understanding which is a great complement to my on-the-job experience.
What was it that you did or implemented right after obtaining your CEM?
So much! I automated my sponsorship and exhibitor sign ups, created an agreement to protect all parties involved, but mostly the org I work for!
