What advice would you give to an aspiring individual who wants to apply for the CEM program?

Go for it! Ask lots of questions to your lecturers about the real-life scenarios they faced to better flesh out the theories taught.

How did you start your career in this industry?

I’d been organizing events in school as part of Prefects’ Duty and was recommended to a newly formed charity organization to support their launch including PR, sponsorships, and an exhibition element; I was also privileged to write and perform their theme song.

How have you made a difference with your show or with working with a client by applying the knowledge you gained by obtaining your CEM designation?

I’ve just gained it, but am looking forward very much to applying my newly gained knowledge.

What was it that you did or implemented right after obtaining your CEM?

I shared the privilege on my LinkedIn profile. = )

What did you like most about the CEM Learning Program?

The sharing by lecturers of real life experiences~

Fun fact about you – What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I love to cook! It’s a great analogy too for the events I create; from sourcing ingredients to putting them together for delicious outcomes!
