It is very important as there is always something new to learn in our industry and to adjust to new changes and possibilities in the industry.
What made you want to obtain your CEM designation?
I wanted to enrich my knowledge by learning.
What advice would you give to an aspiring individual who wants to apply for the CEM program?
I always recommend my employees and acquaintance as it will really enrich their knowledge that they already have and learn new skills.
How did you start your career in this industry?
I started as a member and then tried to enroll in the courses and found it very helpful and easy to learn and decided to complete the 9 courses.
What was it that you did or implemented right after obtaining your CEM?
Enrolled my employees and recommended it to my acquaintance.
What did you like most about the CEM Learning Program?
Even though it was virtual, it was very livable, flexible and fun to learn. The trainees were very supportive and made it easier to us.
