Participation in the CEM Advanced Institute is strictly limited to current CEMs and meets the two-year recertification requirements for the CEM designation.
Much of our conversation about sustainability rightly focuses on products and material consumption, but the basic concept also has relevance for your professional identity and personal choices. How sustainable is your current level of knowledge, the way in which you approach your work, the manner in which you live? What do you currently believe or do that, while perfectly acceptable for the present, is not sustainable for the short- or long-term future? Learning to apply the traditional 3Rs of sustainability — reduce, reuse, recycle — to our personal and professional life will offer insights about new ways of being and thinking that can ensure a more productive and sustainable you. Join us for a day of interactive discussions and exercises focused on creating a more sustainable you. Specific content segments will include strengths-based leadership principles, managing preparation for the future, self-examination of your current personal and professional portfolio for its sustainability and waste, and fresh and fun ideas that kids can teach us about resilience, leadership, and life. For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 10 business days prior to the event. All refunds are subject to a US $75 administration fee. Cancellations will not be accepted and registration fees will not be refunded if the cancellation is received 9 or less business days prior to the event.
