• UserID = Membership Representative's Email Address
• Password = Membership Representative's Last Name (for initial login only, then you will be asked to change your password). 
• Passwords are case sensitive. Capitalize the first letter of your last name, and if hyphenated, type hyphenated name, i.e. "Smith-Jones"
