IAEE’s Faculty Resource Center includes many teaching tools that are available for IAEE faculty members. Included are teaching guides and tools for The Art of the Show textbook published by IAEE organized in two learning delivery formats. One delivery method which was developed in conjunction with the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council and the IAEE Faculty Advisory Committee organizes content to include 1 comprehensive outline and 5 modules of instruction, one for each thematic area listed below which vary in length. Minimally, the module can support 18 hours of instruction or the equivalent of 1 credit in the US, to 54 hours or 3 credits. The other delivery method is a traditional chapter by chapter approach.
Supporting materials include lesson plans, learner outcomes, activities, test/quiz questions, presentation slides, videos, research papers, faculty poster sessions and more.
