Please join us for a virtual happy hour Monday, June 15th at 4:00 PM as James Beard Finalist Chef James Trees of Esther’s Kitchen (Las Vegas) demos his favorite cocktail and afternoon snack with special guest Eric Gladstone of Feast of Friends and the Vegas Unstripped Food Festival. We’ll learn how to mix it up while physical distancing is still prevalent, create intimate events and special moments, and further how the events and restaurant industries can continue to make magic together. Did we mention cocktails? We’ll provide a shopping list so you can shop, sip, prepare and nibble along.
Joining Chef live will be Eric Gladstone of Feast of Friends, Stephanie Selesnick of International Trade Information, Inc. and Joy Jansen of International Market Centers. Donations accepted but all are welcome.
