MATSO Events

IAEE’s MATSO Council will identify topics relevant to the major trade show organizer that are timely and represent common interests and challenges to the MATSO audience. Central to the MATSO Council culture is ensuring a wide-open exchange of ideas to foster discovering solutions, networking with other senior-level show professionals, guiding new strategies and policies, sharing ideas and making a difference. Each year a MATSO event will be selected to host IAEE-MATSO programming. In addition, programming will take place through webinars and at Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition. A complete schedule of events will be updated as they are identified.

Session Title: Moving At The Speed of Innovation

A leader’s playbook to create a sustainable culture of innovation that creates the future and drives bottom line results.

There is a new language that drives success – innovation. If everyone on your team isn’t continually innovating, you are on a fast path to irrelevance. To compete in today’s ever-changing and fast-paced landscape, organizations and leaders must learn to create a culture where innovation is the norm. While innovation has become an organizational mandate and requirement for success, most leaders are actually sabotaging their efforts with institutionalized, formulaic methods. This is a customizable, interactive keynote based on decades of real-world experiences, that will help you move at the speed today’s business requires.
