Faculty Advisory Committee

A major initiative in IAEE’s strategic plan is providing education.  With a rapidly aging population, the exhibitions and events industry must attract and educate young professionals in exhibitions and events as a career path. As important, and perhaps even more so, the value proposition of face-to-face exhibitions needs to be communicated in marketing programs in university business schools.

The Faculty Advisory Committee will assist staff in creating an overall educational strategy.

IAEE will collaborate with CEIR, SISO, UFI, CAEM (and perhaps other associations) and also other programs that provide research such as ISBM (Institute of Business Markets at Penn State) in this overall strategy with the goal to expand to a global audience of associations.  Collaboration may include the collection and publishing of industry research in the academic world and not limit our research for industry/members only.
