Juan Gabriel Tamez, CEM has more than 25 years of experience in the exhibitions and meetings industry in México, specifically in sales, operation, marketing and management for venues, mostly convention centers and auditoriums. Currently he is one of five Mexican instructors accredited by IAEE as CEM faculty teaching courses throughout the year to CEMs and CEM candidates. He also teaches the CVP certification program for IAVM in México in partnership with AMEREF.
Juan Gabriel actively supports the industry as Venues VP in AMPROFEC and recently Past Chairman of AMEREF. He is part of the IAVM Certification Board. Juan Gabriel is also a volunteer and instructor for the Mexican Red Cross.
