Customer Service Manager, ConvExx
Melanie Mathis, CEM is the Customer Service Manager at ConvExx. Her duties include hiring, training, and management of the customer service team as well as registration management for the company owned trade events. In addition to her duties, she has also been a guest lecturer at UNLV for their Tourism and Hospitality degree program. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
Melanie is a young professional and is an avid believer in the CEM program and advancing YPs in the industry. She is currently a member of the IAEE CEM Commission and the Marketing & Communications Committee for the Southwest Chapter of IAEE.
