Exhibitor Surveys 201: Simple Steps to Obtain Even More Actionable Insights

February 15, 2023

It isn’t uncommon to collect feedback from exhibitors after your trade show or when you’re thinking about making a big change; but, just “checking the box” by asking a few basic questions, isn’t enough to show your exhibitors you value their input nor does it actually improve your trade show. Are you asking the right questions?

In this webinar session, we’ll work together to level up your exhibitor surveys. You will learn where most surveys go wrong (and how you can do better), what sorts of questions you may wish to ask, and how you can pull more actionable insights from any feedback you do obtain. Ultimately, it’s about effective listening, one of the cornerstones of a productive partnership, and how you can do it better.

After participating in this session, you will be able to:

  • Review common mistakes that organizers make with their exhibitor surveys, along with simple solutions to fix those mistakes
  • Create and list a variety of questions you may wish to ask your exhibitors
  • Explain how you can gather more actionable insights from the feedback provided

This session/course/webinar is eligible for 1 clock hour towards CEM recertification.

IAEE webinars are free to members and available to non-members for $49.
