No weights? No Problem! Get ready to sweat in this 45 minute Total Body Sculpt class. All you need is a mat, a towel and a pair of sneakers. The class is body weight only and is for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Lots of modifications provided throughout. There are option bursts of cardio (either high or low impact) that are integrated into the class for the perfect balance of cardio and strength.
