Dee O’Neill, M.S., LPC

Dee is head of the Corporate and Executive Solutions for the Brain Performance Institute at the Center for BrainHealth®, under the umbrella of The University of Texas at Dallas. She joined in 2013 after more than 15 years in both research and clinical Neuroscience at nationally recognized research and medical centers. In this role, Dee is responsible for strategy and operations of the initiative to build “BrainHealthy Workplaces.”

Dee is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, she graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu with a Master of Science in psychology. Her undergraduate study was in human health and exercise science at the University of Hawaii. Dee is a board-certified fellow in EEG Neurotechnology by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. Dee is best known for her ability to help individuals and teams enhance how they think, work and live through the Center for BrainHealth’s high-performance brain-training SMART program along with extensive certificate trainings, including Evidence Based Coaching and The Foundations of NeuroLeadership.
