Unlocking Success: Insights and Strategies from CEIR’s Benchmarking Study to Elevate Your Healthcare Event

Presented by Nancy Drapeau, IPC | Vice President of Research | CEIR

Healthcare trade shows have unique challenges, including stringent regulatory requirements such as the Physician Payments Sunshine Act, HIPAA compliance, and FDA regulations. The 2025 Organizer Benchmarking Study expands the portfolio of performance benchmarks, allowing you to compare your event’s results to healthcare event standards. You will leave this session with a clear understanding of performance expectations and factors that may impact future outcomes.

Join CEIR’s VP of Research, Nancy Drapeau, IPC, as she unveils insights from this groundbreaking report, along with the latest benchmarks from the CEIR Index. Learn how healthcare events are performed in terms of:

  • Gross revenues
  • Net profit
  • Staffing mix
  • Attendance
  • Exhibit and sponsorship sales
  • Event offerings, show services, and digital solutions tied to better outcomes
  • Headwinds you may face in today’s business climate
