Terri serves alongside Ann Marie as Co-Director of the Master’s Program at San Diego State University’s Payne School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Aside from the duties at SDSU, Terri is the president of Breining Group Inc., whose mission is Connecting People to Opportunities through coaching, training and professional facilitation in the meeting industry. Terri has been involved in business events for several decades and was responsible for producing meetings around the globe. She is a sought-after speaker and master facilitator, serving a variety of business entities. Considered by many to be a thought leader, Terri is an activist working tirelessly on the continuous evolution of the event industry.

Franchise Performance Support Manager, IHG Hotels & Resorts
Ann Marie serves as the Co-Director of the Master’s Program at San Diego State University’s Payne School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. In addition to her duties at the Payne School, Ann Marie works with IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Franchise Performance Support Manager for multiple IHG properties across the country. She is an award-winning Hospitality Executive with over twenty years of Sales, Revenue, and Operational experience in Management positions. She has a proven track record with multiple responsibilities over different assets including Hotels, Spa, Restaurant, and Deli operations. Ann Marie is a strong team leader with demonstrated customer service skills attained through a variety of work environments and has developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies to gain new revenue sources to ensure RevPar growth. Her recognized strengths include leadership, negotiation, sales, troubleshooting, operations, and revenue management.
