The International Association of Exhibitions and Events® (IAEE) achieved great success in 2019 with its CEM Learning Program, which boasted a graduating class of 401 from 14 countries who joined the more than 3,300 CEM professionals across the world.
IAEE also announced the first graduates of the CEM Advanced Professional (CEM-AP) program in December and bestowed honorary CEMs to five industry veterans who have significantly enhanced the exhibitions and events industry by sharing their vast knowledge obtained through decades of experience.
“The demand for high level content honed from real life experience continues to grow,” remarked IAEE President and CEO David DuBois, CMP, CAE, FASAE, CTA. “The collective knowledge and expansive network that comes with the CEM Learning Program powers its ability to offer new and exciting opportunities like the ones we have in store for 2020.”
This year will unveil the newest learning module, Neuroscience of Exhibitions and Events, which will be taught this May during CEM Week in Baltimore, Md. and in August during CEM Week in Austin, Texas. The CEM-AP program will also offer a class on 26-27 April 2020 before the Women’s Leadership Forum in Leesburg, Va. Taiwan is the first international licensee of the CEM-AP program and will offer its first class in September.
