IAEE Faculty Engagement Experience at IMEX America

Registration is now open for the IAEE Faculty Engagement Experience at IMEX America at Mandalay Bay Resort, Las Vegas, NV.

Our theme this year is Future-Ready: Educating the Next Generation of Event Professionals – Innovate. Inspire. Prepare.

On Monday, October 6, faculty are invited to join Education Day at IMEX America, and on Tuesday, October 7, we will have a special Meow Wolf tour.

The program officially begins on Wednesday, October 8, with a full day of sessions, including poster presentations, networking with the Future Leaders Forum, and a welcome from Marsha Flanagan and Ray Bloom. New topics this year include “Applying SPARK AI in the Classroom ” and “Preparing Gen Z for the Workplace.”

We will now feature a Best Papers & Discussion session on Wednesday afternoon, replacing paper presentations on Thursday. Instead of Thursday paper presentations, we’ll now feature a Best Papers & Discussion session on Wednesday afternoon.
