IAEE Bob Dallmeyer Educator of the Year Award
The IAEE Bob Dallmeyer Educator of the Year Award is presented to IAEE members who possess outstanding creativity, a positive attitude and the ability to transfer knowledge through good communication skills and innovative teaching to promote life-long learning to industry professionals. Educators include IAEE-related education speakers, industry speakers, university and college faculty, and CEM faculty members.

SUBMISSIONS DEADLINE: 29 AUGUST 2025
Eligibility and Rules
- The nominee must be an active member of IAEE or currently employed by an IAEE member company in good standing.
- If an IAEE-related speaker, must have taught an education session within the past 12 months at any of the following:
- Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting and Exhibition;
- IAEE Leadership Institute;
- Women’s Leadership Forum; or
- Previously taught for a minimum of two continuous years at a major IAEE event listed above.
- If CEM Faculty, must have taught a CEM course within the past 12 months at any of the following:
- Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting and Exhibition;
- CEM Week; or
- Any standalone CEM course offered during the year.
- If an educator at the college/university level, must have taught within the last year.
- Self-nomination is not permitted. Nominations submitted without supporting documentation will not be eligible for consideration.
Evaluation Criteria
- Innovative teaching methods incorporate new technologies and mediums.
- Actions demonstrate or exemplify the goals, objectives and ethics of IAEE.
- Performance demonstrates planning, development and delivery of training and education that have changed the behaviors of students.
- Nominee’s overall level of involvement in/contribution to IAEE.
