The International Association of Exhibitions and Events® (IAEE), in partnership with the Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA), and the Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA), is excited to announce an expanded collaboration that will streamline access to career opportunities across the exhibitions and events industry. By integrating efforts with IAEE’s existing job board, ESCA and EDPA members will now benefit from a united platform that consolidates a broad range of job listings, making it easier than ever for both employers and job seekers to connect.
This enhanced platform offers targeted job listings across various sectors, including event management, design, logistics, production, and more. IAEE President and CEO Marsha Flanagan M.Ed., CEM, emphasized the significance of this collaboration stating, “Our goal with this collaboration is to ensure that all industry professionals have access to a comprehensive resource for career opportunities. By partnering with ESCA and EDPA, we are providing unparalleled value to our collective memberships and the industry at large.”
The job board features a user-friendly interface, allowing employers to efficiently post and manage listings while providing job seekers with tools to search and apply for positions that match their skills and career goals. ESCA Executive Director Julie Kagy added, “This integration simplifies the process for both job seekers and employers. Our members now have streamlined access to career opportunities, and employers can connect with a broader pool of talented professionals.”
EDPA Executive Director Dasher Lowe highlighted the impact on industry stating, “This job board is a key tool for fostering talent development. By connecting skilled professionals with top opportunities, we’re helping build a strong workforce that will elevate the quality and creativity of events for years to come.”
The job board is now live and available for members and non-members of IAEE, ESCA and EDPA, offering a wide range of employment opportunities within the exhibitions and events industry. Employers can post job openings at competitive rates, while job seekers can browse and apply for free. Members of any of the three associations are eligible for exclusive discounts on job postings.
