With approximately 25 years of experience in the MICE industry, Pantakamol currently serves as the Senior Director of the Venue & Event Management Group at Paragon Hall and True Icon Hall. In this capacity, she oversees venue operations, customer service, planning & managing, and the implementation of safety and security measures. She has been instrumental in leading the organization to attain numerous international certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 20121, ISO 22300, and ISO 22301. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she has also served as an executive committee member of the Thai Exhibition Association. Committed to continuous professional development, she has obtained multiple industry-recognized certifications such as CEM, CIS, DES, CED, and SPEC. Furthermore, she actively contributes to the advancement of the industry by sharing her knowledge and experience with various educational institutions and professional organizations.
