Student Insights: Build Your First Event AI System, Live with Noah Cheyer

Most sessions on AI in events explain what the tools do. This one builds something instead. Noah takes a task a first-year events person gets handed in their first month and builds a working system for it live, from blank page to finished output. Students leave able to name which parts of the entry-level job AI already absorbs, and what that makes worth learning instead.

What you will be able to do after this session:

• Name the tasks in an entry-level events role that AI can already do end to end.
• Watch one of those tasks built live, from blank page to working output.
• Identify the skills that become more valuable as AI absorbs the routine work.
• Leave able to describe a system you have actually built, for an interview.

Join other students for a presentation and demonstration with Noah Cheyer, Founder, Silicon Valley Speakers. As the son of Adam Cheyer, co-founder of Siri. He witnessed firsthand what it takes to build something that changes the world. Before this, he co-founded Speak About AI, the world’s first AI-exclusive speaker bureau, where he has booked keynotes for Fortune 100 companies and 150,000-person international conferences. He founded Silicon Valley Speakers to closely collaborate with speakers who have made a real impact across industries and help them share their message around the world.

This will be on Monday, 19 October 2026 from 12:00 -1:00 PM CT/1:00-2:00 PM ET/10:00 -11:00 AM PT.
