IAEE is committed to providing the safest event experience possible at Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition 2021, and is working closely with its show partners on ensuring multiple health and safety measures. The City of Philadelphia currently requires masks to be worn inside all Philadelphia businesses and institutions, including restaurants, that do not require vaccination for employees and patrons.
In addition, IAEE will require that all attendees and exhibitors participating in the in-person event must be fully vaccinated and present proof of vaccination, which may be submitted through the secure platform Fern Health Check powered by ShareMy.Health. “The IAEE Board of Directors voted unanimously for the vaccine requirement and believes this is the right decision for our trade show community at this time,” said 2021 IAEE Chairperson Bob McLean, CPA, CAE, CEM, Executive Vice President of Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). “We are looking forward to experiencing the best and safest Expo! Expo! possible this year in Philadelphia.”

Welcome back to Expo! Expo! in-person!
The “show for shows” awaits in Philadelphia, PA USA this year with education sessions that will be integrated with exhibitors on the trade show floor for a one-stop shop experience. This year’s in-person Expo! Expo! will focus on topics that are top of mind for decision makers, with high level sessions covering strategic skills needed for leaders and companies to respond to future challenges and weather crisis including cultivating content; communication and community; building networks with partners, exhibitors and attendees; and leading internal teams with empathy and optimism.
What will the digital experience offer?
The Expo! Expo! digital experience will feature streamed general sessions and exhibitor mobile sessions from the show floor on 7-8 December in addition to pre-recorded content focused on event operations as well as global perspectives, including the IAEE Asia Forum on 9 December. Expo! Expo! exhibitors will have dedicated hours on the virtual platform in which you can meet one-on-one and/or allow you to browse through products and services at your convenience.
