Her passion for leader and team development accelerated during her eight years with The Effectiveness Institute, where she partnered with organizations across industries to boost engagement and effectiveness. Sharon is a certified DiSC® facilitator and practitioner of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®, with deep expertise in programs such as People Skills, Managing for Performance, and Leveraging Team Dynamics.

Before founding HLeadership, Sharon held senior executive roles including VP of Sales at the boutique brand, Staypineapple, SVP of Sales at Red Lion Hotels, Area Director at Hilton Worldwide, and Regional Sales Leader at American Express Corporate Services.
