The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is advancing a $763 million capital improvement plan to create a future-ready experience for show organizers. Upgrades to 140 meeting rooms, lobbies, entrances, and the facility exterior enhance attendee flow, exhibitor logistics, and campus connectivity. A planned headquarters hotel with Omni Hotels & Resorts will strengthen the integrated campus. The adjacent 39-acre River District redevelopment will add walkable dining, retail, and entertainment along the revitalized riverfront.
