Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations, in whole or in part, must be made in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee. For a full refund, written cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to the event. Within 15-29 days, all approved refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Within 14 days of the event cancellations will not be accepted and event fees will not be refunded. Send written cancellation requests to: registration@iaee.com.

Leadership Institute Scholarships Available

Thanks to the Bob Dallmeyer Education Fund, IAEE scholarships are available to IAEE Leadership Institute applicants who qualify to attend and may need financial assistance. The fund is designed for those in the exhibition and event industry who are interested in professional development.

Deadlines

  • 2 February - Bob Dallmeyer Education Fund application will open.
  • 30 March - Deadline to apply.
  • 15 May – Recipients to be notified.
