China Council Application

To better serve our growing professional community in China and bring fresh, diverse, and next-generation perspectives into our leadership, the IAEE China Council is officially opening the call for nominations for the upcoming calendar year!

We are looking for passionate, forward-thinking industry leaders to join us in driving international standards, expanding global exchanges, and elevating the MICE industry in China.

Below are the detailed guidelines and requirements for the nomination process:

We welcome both self-nominations and peer nominations (nominating a qualified colleague).

• Term of Office & Renewal:
  • The standard term of office is one year. Term will start 01 January 2027.
  • Members have the option for an automatic one-year renewal (totaling a maximum of two consecutive years).
  • Upon completion of the two-year consecutive term, individuals must go through the nomination and submission process again to be considered for a new term.

• Selection & Voting Process:

All eligible submissions will be carefully reviewed. The final Council roster will be determined through a joint vote by the current IAEE China Council and the IAEE Global Board of Directors

IMPORTANT-Membership Requirement:

All nominees (whether self-nominated or recommended by peers) must hold an active and valid IAEE membership at the time of submission. Please verify your membership status before submitting:
