Cancellations, in whole or in part, must be made in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee.  For a full refund, written cancellations must be received no later than 30 business days prior to the event.  Within 11-29 business days, all approved refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee.  Cancellations will not be accepted within 10 business days of the event and event fees will not be refunded after the event begins.
